AVK’s New Super-Sert™ High Strength 10.9 Blind Insert

By market request, AVK has developed a new high strength 10.9 mating bolt capable blind insert for your structural applications needs.

AVK’s Super-Sert™ utilizes our (Patent C-S No: 8,226,339 B2) design which enables AVK’s Super-Sert™ to reach 46Nm Assembly Torque.

Initial thread size for release will be M8, and M10, M12 in the future.  Formed with 4037 carbon steel along with our C-S series design, proof load thread performance is averaging 8,790 lbs. Because of this performance, our SPP2 tool is required to set the Super-Sert™ correctly.
